EFFICIENT COOK STCWThis course complies with the requirements of the Merchant Shipping (Training and Certification Regulations of 1999 and its code. This course covers the minimum required knowledge and skills as defined by the Occupational Skills Standard. This course deals with specialization in food, particularly about basic cooking techniques, food sanitation and hygiene. The course shall combine practical experience and required subjects necessary to acquire competence in the routines of the Steward Department and be a future Ship’s Cook. |
